Its a bit slow, but to be expected when they're made in front of you! About 20-25 mins start to finish for a dozen with 2-3 other guests in the shop. About $20-$25 for a dozen as well. They are very tasty warm donuts, and the best maple bacon we have had! Service: The lady working was the hardest worker by a clear lead. Of the two men working, one of them was medium effort and the other seemed very low effort- I dont say it to pick on anybody, but he lacked customer service skills (i dont think it was personal, we watched him speak to other guests without any increased enthusiasm)

If you don't mind artisanal donuts where they will give you what they feel like making instead of what you ordered, then you'll be fine. If a shop has a pre-assorted dozen available for online order, but so many of the donuts are different from what you order, why are they charging an additional service and convenience fee? I could be more understanding if I hadn't stopped going here because I had this happen twice before (once with a pre assorted and once with a custom assorted). I thought, "Hey, it's Mother's Day weekend, let's give them another shot." Sadly, this is the third strike. As you can see from the picture, the donuts are pretty. They taste okay. That's not the adjective I used to use for Duck Donuts. Too bad.

A fun way to create delicious donuts! So many varieties to choose from or you can custom make a donut! Also love that they have a clothing drive of gently used goats to help those in need in our community.

I was very disappointed. We placed an online order for a donut and two shakes. I had to remind the kid behind the counter about the shakes when he handed me the donut. Then I noticed on the receipt that they charged a convenience fee of $1 and a service fee of .85 cents. That's ridiculous and leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth, no pun intended. The doughnut we received looks nothing like their product photo; it is flat and looks old. Our son said it tasted okay. But not as good as they were before. When I got home the chocolate shake wasn't blended well so a ton of syrup was at the bottom and once I started drinking it I realized it was really runny for a milkshake and tasted like watered down chocolate milk with a ton of Hershey's syrup. It was not good, and I threw it out; they lost a customer today. I'm really tired of these restaurants raising their prices and charging extra fees while at the same time lowering the quality of their food. Not a great business plan.
